About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, business-minded individual with a keen interest in marketing, branding, and AI-led growth. The role will focus on LinkedIn account management — managing both personal and company profiles, crafting sharp content, and building genuine client connections through outreach.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow LinkedIn personal and company profiles with consistent, high-quality content
Research trends and ideate content strategies that improve reach and engagement
Create and design LinkedIn creatives (basic graphic design skills required)
Write clear, professional copy for posts and personalised outreach messages
Conduct lead generation and client outreach through tailored DMs
Collaborate with the design, web, and operations team for content execution
Monitor analytics and share performance insights to refine strategy
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1 year of experience in personal branding, LinkedIn management, copywriting, or ghostwriting
Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva or similar) for LinkedIn creatives
Strong written communication and attention to detail
A proactive mindset with curiosity for marketing trends, AI tools, and business growth
Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
